As Director, she oversees business leadership, recruitment, policy review, client intake, plan changes, financial oversight, and client budgets. When she’s not supporting clients and staff, she’s busy raising her eight children alongside her husband and fellow director, Sean.

Sean is the definition of hands-on. Having worked across a wide range of industries throughout his career, he now leads our gardening, maintenance, fencing, and cleaning services. Known for his practical approach and strong work ethic, Sean is passionate about delivering high-quality services that make a real difference in clients’ everyday lives. Together with his wife Tab, he’s also a proud parent to their eight children, keeping life just as busy at home as it is at work.

From payroll and rostering to compliance and client onboarding, Kirstie helps keep our business running like clockwork. With years of administration experience and a talent for all things Excel, she’s the go-to person for keeping things organised. When she’s not mastering spreadsheets, she’s busy enjoying life with her three kids.
Hannah Franks
Administration & Systems Co-Ordinator
If there’s a process to improve, a form to create, or a system to organise, Hannah is on it. She supports the team through documentation, staff records, payroll support, office administration, systems maintenance, and communications, helping ensure everything stays on track. When she’s not keeping the admin world in order, Hannah enjoys getting lost in a good book and adding to her ever-growing reading list.

Jude brings a wealth of experience in the disability sector and is a trusted, dependable presence for both our clients and team. As our Client & Compliance Coordinator, she manages NDIS compliance, incident management, provider reporting, quality assurance, and social media support.
Known for her strong work ethic, attention to detail, and unwavering dedication, Jude is someone you can always count on. Her experience, reliability, and commitment to delivering high-quality support make her an invaluable part of our team and a true advocate for the people we support.

Client Services Co-Ordinator
With experience in both aged care and disability services, Sam plays a key role in supporting our clients and staff. She oversees staff supervision, client compliance, aged care enquiries, attendance management, and client and staff records. A proud mum of five boys, Sam brings dedication, and plenty of energy to everything she does.
